Haven't used these for a while. .. & had placed an order last night (Friday 30/06/2017) @ 20:15 with given address & phone number as normal ... delivery time 45-50mins. .. (normal).. but 1hr & 15mins the order hadn't turned up . so I had to phone to see where it was ... delivered to wrong address !!! was the quote & apparently phoned my number (NOT... as I had been in waiting)... excuse after excuses .. (not happy )... checked order for the second time & was quoted order would be on it's way...?? 22:12 it ruddy turned up & the delivery young guy quoted that it wasn't his fault to get the house numbers wrong as it was difficult !!! (wot, how).. but the other thing was that pizzaed me off was that I got no sorry from anyone within the company that night or offered a reduction on the price... would I use these...
Read moreWe ordered from this branch for dinner today. i put the order in at 4:50... i requested a ASAP delivery. Waited over an hour then decided to call the branch. I was told to wait 5 minutes that the delivery driver was on route. I was then called back after another 5 minutes to be told my delivery driver had been at my door for the last 15 minutes. I am 100% sure he wasnt at my door because i was sat at my window patiently waiting and salivating at the mouth. I was then called up a 3rd time by the branch who asked if i wanted a second driver to come and find my address. I politely told them to stick ...the what would now be stone cold food in the bin. Read moreThe manager on shift today is extremely rude and unhelpful! We ordered a pizza after school and work as promised treat for our children! The app took our money but said our order could not be processed, so of course I rang the store to try and resolve this as clearly a glitch with their app. I was told that I will just have to wait for my money to come back into my account. No time line of when and then I was told to just phone head office. Whilst I appreciate they can't do much about the app, I don't appreciate the sarcastic rude tone. I then tried to phone back to ask if they had a number for customer services and clearly my number was being screened as 3 calls were left to go to voicemail. Won't be ordering from the Maylands...
