Flavour 38 - Food & Desserts — Restaurant in Dacorum

So we ordered it came in an hour.. was completely thrown together the cheese on the cheesy chips wasn't even melted.. the chicken was rock hard and bone dry the kebab was just a complete mess and looked like it had been dropped! So I rang up and asked for a replacement which was agreed we then waited a further hour and a half only for the order to be conpletly wrong and still cold. By this time we had waited 2 and a half hours for food so decided to go elsewhere.. I rang up and asked if I could come and get my money back the following day this was agreed but even so the lack of effort and customer service and the food was and disgusting. I defiantly won't be ordering again and I wouldn't recommend...

AVOID ordered 2x kebabs both with salad, one turned up with no salad and the other with a baby portion, like 2 or 3 strands of lettuce. Maybe a lettuce shortage?? I dunno. Rung to give feedback, first guy apologetic and said he would get another to me in 5 to 10 mins, I said ok, 5 mins later another guy phone's, very moody and wanted to point out he only screwed up 50% of the order, I explained they barely included any salad, a big huff and the guy hung up.... really odd. Being the first time I'd ordered from I just wanted to give feedback to help them improve. I hope nobody else...

More than disappointed with chicken kebabs ordered. The naan bread was doughy and wet, the salad was limp and the chips tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. Just about managed to pick at some chicken inside. Called to explain and they just said if they sent another one they would be the same. However they didn’t offer a replacement. The attitude of the staff was very dismissive. I’ve never written a review before but I felt so strongly about this that I had to leave my thoughts on such a bad experience. Much better places to get a kebab in hemel...
