1 star is too generous for this hole. For some reason I keep going back there and putting up with the rude, tardy and ignorant staff but today was last time and I'm going to make sure everyone knows it! First of all we ordered at the drive through as they had already locked the doors at quarter to nine and grunted at us that they were closed and the attitude we received while she did it was appalling! It was like we had insulted her by daring to try and go in there. Then another equally ignorant girl got our order wrong and when I said that wasn't what we ordered she just stood there looking at me and eventually said "oh" then a few seconds later "and?" As if to to say so what ain't my problem. She then tried to tell me that I got what I asked for when I was holding a receipt stating what I had ordered which was not what was in the bag. Eventually we got roughly what we ordered and parked up to eat, all I can say is king of burgers it was not! The burgers were like lumps of coal on side even snapped off in my hand it was that burnt, there was barely any salad in there just a few shreds of lettuce that looked as though they'd seen better days, a couple of pieces of onion and a piece of guerkin, no tomatoes and a blob of mayo and there was finger marks/holes in the buns probably due to the fact we daredto ask for our order to be put right, the drinks were flat and there were hardly any chips which were also dry and disgusting. Whilst sitting there trying to eat tis abortion of a meal I caught something in the corher of my eye, RATS! I counted 6 in total running to and from the bin store to open kitchen door! That done it, food went in bin and £17 went down the pan! I have reported to environmental health and will writing to BK head office about the service weve recieved in there and the hygene standards. Il start with the staff, clearly stressed due to too many online orders which had delivery drivers piled up 5 deep waiting for orders that where not prepared. Manager buzzing around like a blue arsed fly but mostly just shouting at the clearly untrained staff rather than getting them some help with the cooking. We ordered our food and it took 25 minutes to be served, all the while we stood and watched in horror as people prepared our expensive burgers with the less skill that when my granddaughter makes me a playdough treat. We were genuinely gasping at how rough they were, including one of them literally throwing part of our meal over the pass into the bagging area! We ordered 2 of the same burger, they were completely different 😂 one mounded with way too much green stuff and plenty of sauce, one with barely any green stuff and not a jot of sauce. They tasted fine to be fair and I'd try it again if prepared by somebody who knew what they were doing but they are over priced for what they are. The boxes they have introduced for these burgers are huge and pointless, the burger looked ridiculously small in it, they should just wrap it in foil and put the money they save on packaging to make the burger bigger with more toppings.
After our massive wait there was no apology from manager, didnt even look at us, just called our number and dropped it on the counter.

I been there at 9.15 pm for buying 2 meals and i found the front door locked but people inside and working like usual
I went round to drivetrough at window to ppace an order and the guy from there was told me he don't have insurance to serve me at window . I try to explain my car is in the car park but he insisted without the car i can't order.
I went to the car park and came back driving and same guy was very frustrated that i have returned and start arguing with me i need to reverse to place order to speaker outside wich i did.
After placing the order i pay the order and i ask the guy name for making a complain because i didnt like how i was treated.
In this time the guy became very aggresive and told me to go to hell and is not my business his name and start swearing at me. In this moment i started to record and he came out from the shop and start beeing aggresive and hit my car with his hand.
Other employees came out and took him inside and i was served by another employee Danielle and i asked for the manager to discuss about this. The manager Andrew came to discuss and his problem was mostly why i started recording the previos guy. After explanation Andrew (the manager) understood my p.o.v and told me the employee name witch is ALFIE.
Alfie was very unprofessional and is my worst experience with burger king since i m using.
I have video/audio proof about this and i will make it public if u dont take any action and start to investigate.
