Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Dartford

Good coffee and great little store but the staff today had a bit of an attitude when I asked for a refund on an overpriced item - the breakfast deal - checked the website to make sure they were participating and they were so asked for the 95p to he refunded. Got told no as they are a franchise and not included, I explained it is on the website and there is nothing in store to say that it is an override therefore I am entitled to my money back. We were regular customers, but the last experience left a really bad taste for us. Our payment didn’t go through the first time, we paid on second attempt. Approved on their machine, the girl nodes that everything is ok. 2 minutes later, another lady was screaming that we need to pay, we showed her that in our application it’s paid.
