Growler Stop Tap Room Dartford — Restaurant in Dartford

This place confuses me. They are going to the whole lower alcohol options for pints and growlers, its literally in the name.

But the cans, what are you doing!!!! The cans are what i want, i take one out the chiller....but its warm to the touch.

"Are these can refrigerated?" They were not its 33c outside and the cans are warm. Literraly £1000s of super hoppy beer sitting there on the shelf degrading. I worry some people thing bad things about certain breweries, when in fact they may have a had a poorly stored can.

Homestly if you are going to source amazing bwer why put it in an oven to rapidily age to swamp water. A week out the fridge the beer will age the same as a month in the fridge. In heat like this id be suprised if any of those cans are good now, sad times indeed.

Fantastic place! Super friendly people who made me feel at home immediately. Excellent choice of quality craft beers and well managed selection including Nick's own Caveman brewery stock (flawlessly brewed to perfection). Nice, relaxed atmosphere and trendy design. Great crowd. Very friendly and helpful bar staff. Very clean overall. Sunday BBQ with South African braai beef was the best beef I've ever had.

Nick, you are great and have such a lovely family and superb friends. It was pleasure to be a part of whole Growler experience. I am already looking forward to calling in again when I am back at your neck of the woods.

Since moving to Dartford 10 months ago this has been my go to spot.

Really friendly staff, the owner is a bit of a legend and the atmosphere (especially in summer) is top draw. 30 different draughts to choose from so spoilt for choice.

Sometimes they have a South African BBQ (forgive me I don't know how to spell it out), or even a proper pizza van with delicious pizza I'd recommend. Even if they don't their bar snacks and great!
