I visited this pub whilst working in the area away from home, I found it a friendly place where the locals would have a chat with you. The lady behind the bar (land lady I think) was really polite and friendly, she had a beautiful smile and an absolutle cracking pair of thrupenny's with a cleavage to die for , I would definitely visit again. Thanks...

Went here for Xmas eve, we managed to get a few seats but they were taken away after 30minutes as they had a dj coming. The music was way too loud before and after the dj arrived. This pub used to be good, still has a good beer selection but we had to go to a different pub this time so we could talk and hear (essential for a pub in...

Very nice proper pub

Clean and tidy and well cared for

Went there last night and they were fully covid for - hand sanitizer at door and everyone required to wear masks when walking about the place - feels safe in these difficult times

Not bad prices and good...
