Ossie's Cafe — Restaurant in Dartford

I use trip advisor to find best restaurants and dining places wherever I go, so when seeing Ossies was rated best in Dartford I was eager to go. However the very loud gossip from the staff behind the counter made an uncomfortable atmosphere, the food was average for a cafe at best, with the children's chicken nuggets being to hard to chew and stale chips. But yet at the price which seemed to be very cheap this type of food was expected.

However, upon reaching the till, we were told about multiple add ons which in turn made our meals quite expensive, £2 extra for small chips which we were told would be a part of our meals and were already on our plates, £2 for some soggy lettuce covered in pepper and a couple slices of raw onion as a "salad", this was very disappointing and should definitely not be rated best cafe in Dartford!! Will not be...

If you're in the mood for a delicious breakfast, I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem in Dartford. Tucked away on a quiet side street near Barclays Bank, their breakfast is truly top-notch. The atmosphere is unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the price is definitely reasonable. Trust me, you won't regret giving this spot a try! The owner has had more awards than I can think of, and he’s had a lot of celebrities eating there as well. Give it a try...

Went in for lunch yesterday with my son & Grandson. Saw they have highchairs so perfect for us to all sit together. Great service from the waitress helping with our buggy and putting the highchair in place. Ordered two qtr pounders & chips & nuggets & chips and every thing was nicely cooked & tasty. Nicely located close to all the shops but not at all noisy inside. A little oasis away from the hustle & bustle of Dartford...
