Our first time here tonight as a family of four (two young kids) and we will be coming back again. Food was outstanding, and the service matched. We were the only table in the restaurant but based on our experience this is a place that should be packed every night. The decor is excellent, lovely modern setting and the chairs are very comfortable and new. I had a rump steak which comes with chips and a salad, and I ordered the spinach ans a side. It was up there with one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The portions were generous for all of our meals too. One child had the chicken Milanese and she enjoyed it but couldn’t finish it, maybe a smaller portion would have been enough. My partner had the Greek salad and said it was very nice. I had a margarita and the staff asked if I was enjoying it, which it being only my second time trying one, was quite strong, so she advised I try a spicy margarita and remixed it for me. It was delicious! All staff were so attentive and my kids made a new friend with the younger staff member who was chatting to them throughout, kept them smiling and made what can usually be a boring experience for children a very enjoyable one. Unfortunately we didn’t catch her name!

I would say is the kids menu is quite minimal, maybe they could add one or two more options like a kids bolognese but again the staff were very accommodating in tweaking what they do have to what you would like, and saying that my daughter is a fussy eater.

We went to Unico's recently as a group of nearly 20, after working in the area, and have to say it is a lovely restaurant.

From the moment we arrived we had great service - constantly topping up drinks and making sure we were all ok.

They took a preorder from us as we were a big group, and even though we had pre ordered, when we arrived they cooked the food fresh.

We had a mixed starter of some of the nibbles and small plates which was great and then we all had something from the main menu - from steak to the seafood linguine.

We all loved the food and the atmosphere was nice even considering at the end we were the only people in there.
