Greggs — Restaurant in Dover

Just plain nasty man! Visited in the week starting the 22nd August 22, and dude I wish I never had!! Totally put off Greggs for life! I’ll start with the staff: No hair nets or beard nets on the staff, gross! No plasters on one member of staffs hand, disgusting! Also man I don’t want to hear about their private lives, I’m sorry someone has cancer, and someone else has poorly feet, but save it for when the customers aren’t in the store dude, talk about that stuff on your own time!! The store cleanliness: Visibly dirty floor, crumbs all over the top of the glass counter, coffee/tea soaked stirring station. Food: doughnuts melted to plastic boxes, big gaps where they didn’t have stuff in, the bake I got was rank man, it was stone cold! Visited the middle of last week (24/25th) both times, the staff seemed to think they were at some sort of social coffee morning as appose actually work. On my first visit I was fully up to dated about one female member of staff’s irresponsible daughter! The sugar side table was disgusting, absolutely covered in spilled drinks! Went back the next day in the hopes that the previous day was a one off, but my hopes were soon squashed. The staff, can you call them that if not actually doing anything? still seemed to think they at social outing and acted like serving us was a real put out for them!
