KFC Dover - Honey Wood Retail Park — Restaurant in Dover

I visited this KFC on Saturday evening, the food was what I would expect from KFC, the professionalism of the supervisor was not. I am absolutely disgusted at the way the supervisor was shouting at one member of staff. The member of staff was obviously new as he was saying he did not know how to do a specific role, this only appeared to anger the supervisor who then continued to shout at the member of staff. The supervisor kept shouting ‘you need to be quicker because you don’t know what you are doing’. I asked the cashier if this is normal and they replied ‘Yes, he shouts at everyone like this’. This must be so humiliating for the staff member, being shouted at in front of the customers and the other staff. Do you actually train your staff? Maybe if the member of staff knew what to do then he would be quicker!! Regardless of this, I am shocked at the lack of respect KFC managers have for its workers. Your management team clearly need to be re-trained on how they speak to their staff. Reading through other peoples reviews of this restaurant on google, reveals a similar picture to my experience, several people have commented on the rudeness of your managers....

Food was as expected. Went through drive through and the speaker and window staff were very friendly and helpful. Had to be parked up to wait for food ( was not instructed a specific spot to park) parked directly opposite the doors to the restaurant in the very small car park. A member of staff came out to give the food however could not find me. They then came back out with a manager, who also seemed unable to locate me (I was around 10m directly in front of them) at which point I got out of the car and asked if it was my orde. At this point the manager said yes, why have you parked "all the way over there" to which I told him I had been instructed to park but not where to do so. He then told me in a very aggressive voice " well next time park close to the store" which was completely unnecessary and if he is speaking to customers like this I can only imagine how he treats the staff a bit of retraining is definitely required if to make him fit for a management position. Tonight I was served by the English staff, what a difference, I vowed never to return after 4 bad meals over a year. But onight, the food was cooked lovely and they swapped 2 chips for gravy. This was such a nice surprise. KFC new staff cooking correctly made a big difference. Update 9 months later Not good meal was bad soggy greasy chips from hell. Still foxes did not complain, ended up at chick shop in town. This has to be the worst KFC in the country and I have been into alot. 3 years later fist time in 3 years order 255 235 711 Still worst in area possibly the country, order wrong chips blow my head off. 4 soggy greasy chicken legs, no breast no nice bits of chicken.
