Domino's Pizza - Halesowen — Restaurant in Dudley

I order often from this branch and there is always something wrong with the food, mainly mistakes with the order, in the past I have been sent meat pizzas even though I’m a vegetarian and when asked to get it rectified they have offered me a free pizza next time, I had to argue to get a pizza sent out as I was hungry and they couldn’t understand why I couldn’t just eat the meat pizza…. The amount of base sauce is way too much, I call and ask to have it reduced and it never comes with less, if anything more.. (maybe didn’t understand my simple request). If you pay for extras you don’t get them, and noticeably the cheese is always lacking, barely any on most of the pizzas. I didn’t realise how bad my local dominos were until I ordered from another branch. I have given a 3 out of 5 because the food was always hot, delivered quickly and no questions that it was clean and fresh (so being fair).. the issues are failure to follow basic customer requests, rude staff and not good value compared to other branches. I ordered a pizza at least once every 2 weeks over last few years, so this is a good avarage score of this branch, and not just a few unluckily events. Avoid! This branch is just not worth it. The customer service is non-existent, the food isn’t great, there’s clearly poor hygiene standards due to food poisoning being caused from their food (even vegan options with no meat or dairy) AND if you happen to be walking past as a pedestrian then run for your life as their delivery drivers do as they please and have almost run people over too many times. They only offer a free pizza if you complain and ignore everything you’ve said, especially that more than one person got food poisoning from an order!!! I wouldn’t dream of buying or consuming food from them ever again, why would I want a free pizza?! Make it make sense! Oh, it also doesn’t make you feel welcome when you go in to collect and the staff shout at you/talk to you like you’re worthless. Oops, someone needs to train their staff to be decent human...

Absolutely disgraceful!! Ordered my food and got told it was on its way... food come over half an hour after it was 'on its way'. Food was cold, half the order was missing and no apology when we called! Got sent a £20 voucher once we advised the customer service team and decided we would try it again! Guess what... exactly the same yet we waited over an hour to get the food! The delivery driver was great and honest and the fact the boss called him to tell him to lie to us and say the reason it was so late is because he couldn't find the house... don't make your f**k up the delivery drivers problem! Absolutely disgusting will never use...
