We went a suprise birthday meal for me. Smoke house and bbq food are one of my favourite things to eat. We originally had a booking at a different branch but due to unforseen circumstances we were asked to move to this one. To be honest I've never been to another one but I'm glad we were moved to this one for our booking even though it took over an hour to get there. We were greeted by the front of house welcome staff who was very polite and helpful. Once told we had our booking moved to there he straight away knew and showed us to our table. Our waiter, Adil, came over and introduced himself and took our drinks order. He then gave us some time to choose what we wanted off the menu. The manager came over and introduced himself and said that the manager of the branch we were booked at originally had called him and spoke to him. They had arranged an apology for moving to use and made sure we were happy. That alone was great as you don't normally get recognition with something like that. Adil arrived to take our food order and was very helpful with suggestions of sides and other things. When I asked for the hot wings as a starter he said he had some nice hot sauce for me to try on my main meal. He asked if we were there for anything special and I said yes my birthday. He wished me a happy birthday. Our food arrived and Adil came and checked we were happy. He then asked if we needed any more drinks. So we ordered more. Once finished he cleared our table and asked if we were intrested in desert. We were all too full to have any. He said no problem. Please bear with me im just sorting something out. A few minutes went by and he arrived with a birthday doughnut for me which was great. The food wasn't cheap but omg it was worth it and the friendliness of the staff made it even better.
