Terrible experience made worse by unprofessional manager with very bad attitude. Ordered delivery from McDonald's app. Order arrived completely wrong. Happy meal missing, cheeseburger missing, I ordered a hat trick burger but there was a big mac in the box and there were no sauces or straws for the drinks. We could not get through on the app or on the phone, so i had to drive to the store. The manager I had to deal with was abrupt and confrontational and said she was only prepared to resolve half the things wrong with the order and that she didnt have to replace anything. There was no apology or sympathy of any kind for the fact that that there was several things wrong with the order and i had to drive in despite paying for delivery. There was only a very bad attitude. I am flabbergasted that such an unprofessional person has a managerial role with any kind of responsibility. I didnt catch her name as she stomped off without resolving the issue. The manager was a female, larger than average build, bleached blonde hair with dark roots, and obviously fake eyelashes. Order never came for over an hour so called the store. Spoke to managers Terri and Abi or so they said there names were. They explained if Uber do not collect the order then nothing they can do and the order is cancelled. My kids have been waiting for breakfast. They didn’t care and said not our problem and contact Uber eats. What a service. They then hung up on me! We ordered food, received only half of what we ordered, then when we called them, the manager Olivia was rude, arrogant with utterly disgusting behaviour. She does not want to hear customers' frustration, she puts the phone down on customers, is too sensitive to hear complaints, but yet she wants to be a manager. These people are thick in the head, do not know the basics of customer service and do not respect their customers. When you express your dissatisfaction about your missing food, they get angry and turn aggressive. Here she is on the photo standing there SHAMELESSLY telling me that she will not help me because SHE is upset that i'm unhappy about them failing to put in half of my order that I paid for.
