Don’t even deserve a star. Absolutely disgusting. Paid for decorations for room for them to not even ask if we wanted to keep them. Took them down way before finishing and popped all of the balloons including the balloon arch that as you know is a lot of money. Kept rest of decorations for them selfs. Let people who wasn’t even apart of party eat the food we had paid for. Let people sniff coke in their toilets. Management is disgusting. Chucked us all out in the cold wouldn’t let us just wait for taxi as we had kids that were sleeping said they didn’t care. Supposed to be a dj but wasn’t it was just a CD playing. Asked if they could play happy birthday for the birthday girl kept saying no sorry then played it for a regular in the rooms whos party it was not even for. Sunday lunch! Made to feel very welcome, ordered a drink took a seat. The carvery smelt lovely, we ordered 2 medium/ standard size carverys £10 each.
