Sadly we were very disappointed with the service we received today (Sunday 6th February 2022). The one star comes from the tasty coffee!!
To start with the staff serving were expressing their unhappiness about how busy it was and how little staff there was.
My cousin ordered a 12 deluxe case of donuts (costing £19.99)- he had customised the box to ensure he got what he wanted. Luckily we checked the box. Not only was the order not correct, they had added (over half the box) with non deluxe donuts. He addressed this with the server, informing them that this was not what was asked for. The male server advised that they substitute donuts when the ones asked for are not available, which is fair enough... however a female server informed a male server that there was more 'round the back', to which the male server advised he was too busy to deal with that. At this point only 3 orders on the board. The box was reluctantly amended
I also ordered a 6 deluxe box (costing £10.49), I also customised this due to an allergy of cocoa. Purposely not adding any chocolate based donuts and was happy to request half of my box to be non deluxe ( due to the lack of options in the deluxe range that I could purchase). My box arrived with only 2 of the donuts I requested... The remaining being chocolate and non deluxe donuts that weren't asked for! Again the male server was the person who packed my donuts... I returned and spoke with the female server, who was apologetic and changed the donuts to the ones I asked for.
I also ordered a 10 pack of timbits... Again customised .. didn't get what I asked for but couldn't be bothered changing those too so they will make an nice gift for someone without allergies!
Between my cousin and myself we spent nearly £50 in this place to be provided service like that!
We shall not be returning!
Warning to all! Always check your box or don't bother...
Read moreI’ve just been this morning. I arrived at the speaker to order at 7AM. I ordered only a meal each for me and my friend. Everything seemed fine, lady was nice on the speaker. Then as soon as we arrived to the payment window, another lady said she didn’t know what we ordered and couldn’t find our order on the system with it being so busy. May I add, the shop was empty and the car park had a few cars waiting. After finally finding the order on the system, we were told to park up. We got parked up at 7:03am. Several times a member of staff would come out to the car park to give everyone their order and the majority of the time a member of staff didn’t know Who The order belonged to. To make it even worse, they were all moving at a snail‘s pace and just completely lost. After reaching exactly 28 minutes of waiting, I had enough and I walked into the shop to ask where my order was as I had almost been waiting half an hour and they had it Sitting on the counter in front of me. By the time I opened it, it was absolutely freezing. I have asked several members of staff for the number to complain and they even took the time getting me complaint information so I walked out the shop. I will never be back to this horrendous place. Don’t get me wrong, the food is okay but the staff are absolutely shocking And I will be taking this further for the disrespect and issues caused, making me late for work. If I could give you zero...
Read moreI LOVE Tim Horton's, first time I'd heard of this place was maybe just a month ago. My favourite item on their drinks menu is "Icced capp - using coconut milk" with caramel drizzle (contains dairy) and optional cream on top. Is by far the best iced coffee I've had! You need a sweet tooth for it and preferably a warmer day.
There's option to sit in and takeaway. There's also a WC. There's hand sanitizer in the doorway. Face coverings required, unless sitting down or exempt. There's also a lunch food menu. They sell their own products on site. They make fresh mini truffles/ doughnut type balls. They are bite size (49p) and I've saw various types, flavours. They are quite irresistible due to the size and cost. Being able to see them through the glass at the till can help in choosing which one you'd like to try. It's a Canadian place. There are numerous maple leaf logos here or there on their packaging or in store. Red is the colour primarily being used throughout the store and on their products.
The store itself is not spacious so without many customers it can appear busier than it actually is. I go to Tim Horton's wherever possible 🤫🤭 Their drinks are incredible.
The poor staff seem to constantly be on the go. Helpful, informative and friendly customer service being in the majority, regardless of whether a queue may appear to be beginning. Thanks, see you...
