Happy Valley Chinese Restuarant&Take Away — Restaurant in East Hampshire

Well mmmmm so the service was slow. We sat around for 15mins waiting for our order to be taken. Now funny enough another customer came in around then, they managed to order and get food served before us wft!!! So the starters - my prawns came with a lemon. Wife's spring rolls came with umm no condiments. Was served oily prawn crackers. But all is not lost our mains chicken balls, egg fried rice with err not much egg, quarter fried duck was hot and tasted okay. Yet we had to let them know we only had about 1hr left to dine. Place needs a bit of an update to decor. I'm not one for Chinese so my review may not be the best. I like Thai and the Green Dragon would be my recommendation. But go try it. Definitely loud...

UNHAPPY VALLEY!! Food was crap absolutely tasteless! When called they ignored the phone after a number of calls we took a trip over to take the food back when questioned about calls they told us she was checking the numbers! Chicken was chewy, prawn toast was greasy, chicken balls were soggy, chips about 3 days old! Gave us part refund as apparently we'd eaten half which wasn't the case it was tried between 5 of us in order to determine if it was generally crap and it was! We'd spent over £50!! Avoid...

The most disappointing meal ever. The food was inedible and had to be binned which resulted in £140 wasted.The person taking the order was exemplary she could not have been more helpful. Took the order and repeated it to us over the phone. Yes the food was ready when we arrived to pick it up but sadly no labels which would have been useful.
