Now becoming a regular after going their one cold and rainy day just to get warm. However, once inside the atmosphere is very welcoming - if you like pink!

First, to warm up, 2 cappuccino soon made my wife and I feeling much better.

Now, although I have been to Turkey many times, I have never visited many restaurants in the UK.

Looking at the menu, I recognised many familiar dishes. Not feeling too hungry (or too adventurous), I chose their Wagyu beef burger - my wife went for the Halloumi - served with fries.

Wow! What a treat. I can't remember a simple burger tasting so good. Cooked to perfection, with just enough spices to enhance the meat but not to any excess. The accompanying layers all held together in a sumptuous roll.

My wife said the same about her vegetarian option.

Preferring a little peace, we tend to dine out at quieter times. Mid-afternoon, the restaurant wasn't too busy so a table was no problem. Service is there when you need it and no pressure for the bill. Time to relax in comfortable pink chairs and enjoy the occasion.

OK, not the cheapest restaurant in Bishops Stortford but also not the most expensive.

Excellent value for money and a place that we intend to check out further. Service is not included so don't forget to be generous to the serving staff. If I could, I would also have tipped the chef!

I am pleased to recommend to family, friends and whoever happens to read this review.

. . . And don't let the abundance of pink put you off. If you're daring, then there's also a pink...

A solid 4 star venue, recently under new management they are trying hard to change the perception and fortunes of the establishment. The appearance of the brasserie is bright and perhaps a little garish, a bold move when such things can be quite divisive. The staff are friendly and attentive, quick to take your food order and food then follows shortly after. The are vegan, vegetarian, and allergen (gluten/wheat/dairy) advisories with good alternatives. The wheat free Eggs Royale was very delicious and well presented, but the serving was smaller than other venues (the bread was a single thing piece cut into two) and left me wanting. The coffee was excellent and so too was the smoothie that I ordered. The cost was very reasonably and not to expensive either. Friends enjoyed a Turkish breakfast that was very generous on proportions and selection of food on the plate.

In conclusion, this is a fine venue for a breakfast, decent food, well presented and tasty, a nice setting, bright venue with friendly staff, and so a solid 4 stars. 5 star would have been a selection on baked goods (a piece of wheat free cake for the coffee would have been great) and a decent offering on the wheat -free bread...

Absolutely stunning place to enjoy brunch!!!

I came here with the aunts & grandma to enjoy brunch before visiting a family friend near by….and this place did not disappoint one bit.

All the food was delicious, I had the egg florentine with extra smoked salmon and it was amazing, brioche was so soft, hollandaise was so smooth and the poached eggs were just a deluxe… perfectly cooked with a running yolk.

The rest of the family got; smashed avo with extra smoked salmon, smashed avo with extra halloumi, the healthy, egg royale and the Stuffed Aubergine with a change to halloumi.

The food plating was very aesthetically pleasing to the eye, all the vibrant colours were very captivating.

For our drinks we ordered; Acai Kick, Blue Burst, Iced Coffee’s, Iced Mocha. The smoothies were really refreshing and a very healthy addition to the brunch…

Staff were exceptional and very friendly, all the way from taking our orders to moving the tables for my grandma go to the restroom.

If I’m in Bishop Stortford again I will definitely be paying another visit to...
