The Deck — Restaurant in East Lindsey

We've been on many Butlin's holidays throughout the years, but this is the first time we've been kicked out because THEY made US sick. The food has been downgrading every year, but this year took it too far. Because THEY made us ill, they forced us to self isolate and we ordered food to our room. They guaranteed that the food would be hot, but we were given the scraps from the end of the buffet— including lukewarm burgers that most likely gave us food poisoning and the saddest handful of chips you'll ever see. And this is meant to qualify as 'premium' dining...? In the actual establishment, nothing was cleaned properly. All of the cutlery had remnants of food on it, there was hair in some of the dishes and the floor was so sticky that you could fall if you don't lift your feet...

I've been going to the deck for 4 years now (every time I go to butlins) and the food is outstanding. The workers who take your plates are very quick and friendly at their job. Today, for example, a lady was walking down the row of seats to her table and she dropped a wine glass. Okay, everyone makes mistakes. But then she purposely let another one fall. The workers very quickly cleaned up her mess, and I mean VERY quick, whilst the woman walked away laughing. Would recommend to all, food...

I have been to this restaurant in butlins over 30years. This year was just so busy and felt overbooked. Food wasn't as good as previous and queues horrendous especially when trying to get all 3 children sat and fed let alone feeding yourself. It was very clean and maintained and the staff was great.

More different choice each day be better, having same food each day with slight changes wasn't as good as previous.
