McDonald's — Restaurant in East Suffolk

I'm yet to recieve an order where everything I've asked for is in the bag. Not once have we had the sauces for cheese melts that should come with it. Always missing at least one item from at least one meal and always slow service at the drive-thru. You would think with them being so slow they could complete an order correctly with everything in it, how hard is it to bag items that are on a screen in front of you? Most burgers look like they've been made with a catapult, the burger, cheese and other fillings are all over the place

*edit Stupidly visited again. Leisure Way Mcdonalds have done it again. How can one place be so consistently poor? Only once have we got everything we ordered. Missed another item from the order and the drinks have no syrup in them so taste like an awful carbonated water and fries were barely cooked. Do they employ the thickest people they can find and why is it not being sorted by management? Just looking at the reviews on here they must see there is an issue. I would hate to think how many complaints they must get on the daily. Back to using Kirkley Rise, hopefully the new bridge will...

It’s actually sad that this is my closest McDonald’s. At most McDonald’s you know what to expect when you order, not here. The staff are slightly rude and grumpy, the food is never correct when given to you. Today we waited 25 minutes for a McCrispy and two mcflurries, this was at 20:00, so it’s quiet. Waiting outside whilst car after car after car drive off with their food. I go inside and enquire about the food rather politely considering the wait. And I get told “it will be a minute”. It comes out and they just give it to us, say sorry and walk off. Our mcflurries were now milkshake and McCrispy was cold. I think that every visit here involves having to go back up and get the order sorted. Having previously worked at a McDonald’s not too long ago I know that it is not a difficult place to work and these mistakes are made far too often, maybe they need to reevaluate their recruitment process, oh and their managers. The decision was made we will drive 10 minutes further and risk a train next time we fancy a treat. Absolutely shocking. But at least the building...

We have visited this establishment a couple of times as it is very local to us and each time we have had food from there it has been disappointing! Today, we went there for a sausage and egg McMuffin and there were no sausages so we opted for 4 bacon rolls which were disgustingly in taste but the cost was astronomical at over £16.50!! The staff were disorganised and our food was not ready and we had to wait 10 minutes which for fast food in my opinion is unacceptable. The majority of the car parking spaces had cones in them which made it difficult for members of the public to find a space. When I spoke to a member of staff about moving the cones, she said she would address it but nothing was done about the cones. I am surprised that this McDonald’s has even got 2.9 stars as it falls well below in comparison to others that we have visited. It is clearly mismanaged and more training...
