I come here on Tuesday with my partner and her grandad for his 90th birthday..We was made to feel very welcome..staff was more than helpful..food was beautifully cooked and plenty of it..and great price..I would definitely recommend this pub and definitely be coming back here when next up that way

One of the only proper pubs you'll find just outside of Oulton Broad. A really tasty full English breakfast and I've had a great Sunday roast here too. Great beers, nice staff and pool tables and a dart board.

The food is amazing and a very good price you won't be hungry after having lunch hear , prawn baguette, chunky chips and slaw, and bacon, brie and cranberry baguette

A really lovely pub. It’s well situated with ample parking, has a beer garden and the food is lovely, simple & easy but made with care, being the new local it’s a nice walk to and from and worth it just to pop in for a drink or some home comfort food. It’s a very quaint traditional pub, but friendly staff, food is lovely and fab prices. It has two pool tables, dart board and a couple of games machines so more than enough, it’s usually busy around the afternoon early evening but before or after that you could comfortably sit and work/ eat/ relax etc. There is also a small book area where you can exchange books and I understand they have events throughout the year so will come back and update when I’ve experienced these. Put it this way, your Grandma would be happy and I can recommend the spotted...

We used to go here a lot for beer battered halloumi, chips and peas which we rather enjoyed. We have family visit us a lot and would take them here often for some hearty grub but you have lost a good customer as the staff are OUTRAGEOUSLY RUDE!!! We were using the bottle bank and 3 employees came out screaming at us for putting the glass in the bottle bank "too loudly" and complaining that people smash glass on the floor around the recycle bin (not us). They then threw stuff at our car as we drove away and took pictures (not sure why). Our young daughter was in the car and was left shaken by the ordeal as was I. I nearly called the police...unbelievable, shocking behaviour! Haven't been back since. Never will be back again. Foods not that great really, we just like supporting local businesses and...

Very nice pub that's split in half (half restaurant, half bar). Seasonal menu, pizza menu (including dessert pizzas) and a specials board all fairly priced. Would have loved to see some more pub classics on the menu though like gammon egg and chips, however their selection is good and will please most hungry folk! Had Garlic mushrooms and battered cauliflower to start, scampi + fish and chips for main and a very nice apple crumble for dessert. Pleasant experience and good service. No cocktails available in the menu though, please implement some! Would come more often! We went on a Thursday night. Completely empty and we dined for 1 1/2 hours and had the place to ourselves. Had a nice intimate evening not having to talk over other people, would reccomend. Note that their kitchen is shut on...
