Subway — Restaurant in East Suffolk

absolutely horrible, today i went with my brother for lunch thinking it would be quick, but oh i was wrong! there was only a few (less than 5) people in front of us yet it managed to take over 40 minutes for us to get our food. when we were finally ordering, we looked at the salad options and it was bare. there were barely any salad and some toppings were clearly not restocked in AGES! aswell as that, my brother asked to order a meal deal and they looked at us as if we were mad! there were only 2 disrespectful workers there and they clearly had completely no idea of what they were doing! talking to eachother instead of getting peoples orders done and giving people free discounts even though it was a few hours before it closed! food was okay when we got it but it was not worth all the wait when we wanted to go home and just grab some food before we leave considering it was around 15:00, overall, it was the worst subway i have ever been to! i was shocked as this was usually the fastest takeaway out there. my brothers sandwich also wasnt cut correctly and it went EVERYWHERE as soon as he unwrapped it! i...

First time I have ever set foot in a Subway. What I saw was enough to ensure I will never buy from there! Servers taking elements from various tubs, squashing things down in the bread, including carcass items, then grabbing more salad items, wearing the same gloves, so transferring carcass particles to the salad items. Also, meatfree in container with the carcass containers, where carcass pieces can be dropped into the meatfree container. Only saw one change of gloves which was only done because I spoke to the assistant manager about how disgusted I was. Went in and walked out! I asked for a kids meal and I said please could I have brown bread he said no, we only do white bread for kids meal. I said my child doesn’t eat white bread. he said sorry we don’t do brown bread for kids box, I said well I know you do because I had a kids meal in the town subway and they asked me what bread I wanted. well his responses was we not town one..me personally I have also worked at subway, and I know for a fact they do ask what bread you want for a kids box…and all over the different subways. he was rude! so if you want a kids sandwich and you want brown bread and good customer service don’t go...
