Originally was having a nice time, we purchased a lot there we had lunch, then a walk round pond, then went back for ice cream. It went down hill when a member of staff discriminated again my disabled husband. I was purchasing ice cream and my husband went to the back door to watch the rugby match whilst I paid. We was only there a few minutes when a member of staff said he had to move because of health and safety. My husband had parked so people could still access door. He was humiliated because he was discriminated against for being in a wheelchair. He has recently undergone a leg amputation and this was his first time out at the park. I would not recommend this place for accessibility or for the staff that have empathy. There are signs up about pushchairs and high chairs not being allowed in this area, but no where does it mention wheelchairs. Maybe they don’t mention wheelchairs to not look like they discriminate but they do. Very rude.

Quite possibly one of the worse cups of coffee and cake I've had in years. Coffee tasted like dishwater and the treacle tart like it had be in storage for several years. It appears that even though there was 7/8 staff, none of them have ever cleaned out the coffee machine, made a real cake before or just generally thought about running it as a lovely cafe. I wouldn't mind if the prices where decent, but £5 for a ham toasted sandwich, when it probably have been made of Tesco basic bread and cheapest ham.. it was like going back 20 years, when cafes where just a greasy spoon with reluctant customer service, not a place to sit and enjoy a coffee / tea and enjoy the surroundings

Beautiful cafe just across the road from Hampden park pond and Hampden park play park. Very friendly staff all welcoming and with a smile , lots of space to sit inside and outside , good menu and value for money too! And you can buy safe appropriate food to go feed the wildlife for only Ā£1 a bag ..it's a great place to go for a walk and have a nibble and see wildlife in it's natural environment šŸ˜ā¤ļø Highly recommend for an Inexpensive day out with the kids and Dogs !

Went for a burger, Ice cream and cheese on chips. The chips came without cheese, all food in cartons whilst other people had there’s put on a plate. There was no utensils or sauces. The chips for my daughter had no cheese on which was remedied but not melted, as it’s always been melted before. Just grated cheese dumped on top, they wouldn’t melt it, when i asked them too. Which is very bad customer service, even after I told them my daughter, who has food sensitivity due to her autism wont eat unless melted. Pretty cheeky seen as they did not get the order correct in the first place. They should have made a fresh batch with melted cheese, as expected and put all food on plates. Over priced food and bad customer service. It’s a shame, as used to be...

Where do I start. Appalling customer service. Unhelpful staff. My daughter wanted a bacon sandwich and a chocolate milkshake. No chocolate milkshakes. Then asked for a slush, can’t have 1 not ready. I asked for a breakfast 1 without tomato but a hash brown instead. NO!!! Just extra beans! Extra sausage or bacon??? NO that costs more. But still charged me the same price. Breakfast came with luke warm beans and lumps of unspread butter on the toast. Wasn’t cheap either just under Ā£14! Would have eaten here every Saturday as my son has football training on the pitch but I will make sure I go to the cafe just up the road. Seems they aren’t bothered about customer service, I wouldn’t have given 1 star for this place. AVOID!!! And spend your...
