Fanellis Pizza — Restaurant in Eastleigh

If I could give a 0 star review, then I would. Fanellis Pizza do not even deserve a single star. I have been a customer for a while and ordered off of them most months. The food is cheap but average, and relatively inconsistent. However, after receiving a pizza specifically ordered with 'no cheese' , which arrived with cheese on the top (dairy allergy) - one would expect another to be sent. Otherwise, what would the lactose intolerant member of the group eat? The box? I understand we are not a close by property, but to refuse to send another pizza out the same evening, is not just rude, its insulting. We were offered a free pizza on our next order which was rather unkindly refused over the phone, with an argument about our delivery location. I wonder if the owners have ever heard of a delivery radius? I fail to see how this is a customer issue? I was unsatisfied with my purchase today. Firstly our pizza wasn’t correct so we phoned up the staff at the restaurant. Then I asked if I could have a refund or a replacement pizza. Then they claimed that they couldn’t do anything about it. As I asked to speak to the manager I was rudely interrupted multiple times saying that he couldn’t do anything and claimed that they were closing. This is extremely unprofessional and should be dealt with...

Was a collection order but the guy forgot to make the garlic bread and looked put out when I reminded him that the meal deal came with garlic bread. Rolled his eyes and put the garlic bread in the oven whilst my pizza was sat getting cold. Didn't apologise or anything. The pizza was horrible and could tell it would've still been bad when it was hot.

Thought I'd give them a try but will definitely be sticking with Roccos 1 minute...
