The Munch Box Catering Company Limited — Restaurant in Eastleigh

I sadly have to recommend avoiding if you are Vegan. I had a nice Baked Potato with salad yesterday from them with no butter as requested as I have my own Plant-Based butter at work... But today I ordered a sandwich with all the Salad and Sweet Chilli Sauce, NO butter... But luckily before I took a bite I checked the bread and found it to be coated in dairy butter. This is second time this has happened and unfortunately I wont be using them again and will be advising my colleagues and customers to do the same.

*In response to Owner: I appreciate that you would have made another one for me. However I didn't come back to the shop because: There was was a chance that the buttered sandwich would have been thrown away and therefore good food would have been wasted... Along with the plastic bags that they come in. Because this has happened on multiple occasions now and it truly is not hard to not put butter in a sandwich the first time around. Small sandwich shop on shop precinct on busy road with easy front of premises parking other side of road. Wanted a plate of sandwiches for 5 people during an afternoon meeting. Telephoned order day before to polite and helpful person (Angie)and agreed sandwich type and fillings. I couldn't recommend Dawn enough, from the initial meeting through to our event the communication and experience was fantastic. We used Munch Box for a business event lunch for 40 people.
