We stopped over here for two nights , us two and two dogs |The room was very well appointed and clean with plenty of coffee and tea etc.||The shower was good , in fact almost too good as the shower and sink have tremendous water pressure so care needed filling the kettle and when I inadvertently turned the shower on too far for the first time the shower head nearly shot off of the wall.|Good double glazing means not too much noise from the nearby beer garden if you need an early night.|The Royal Victoria Park is a very short walk away and we'll worth a visit as well as the cemetery.|We ate in the pub the first night and had a very good meal ,the second night we had fish and chips from up the road and ate them looking over the sea .|So , reasonable price , good location, grade 2 listed building,comfy bed, dog friendly,good food and friendly staff and a good shower .|Minus points .. Taps on the sink very short which makes it difficult to fill the kettle and a fiddly handle on the door to the room which makes the door difficult to close from the outside if you have big fingers .||
