Bomonti Cafe & Bistro — Restaurant in Elmbridge

I was over charged from this cafe, I rung up and informed them of the situation hoping to get it sorted and I was hung up on and told that the person I was speaking to “didn’t have time for this”. The person on the other line also spoke very aggressively and rudely towards me after me informing of the situation that had taken place in their cafe. I am not happy at all with this experience today and I recommend always checking what you are being charged before making your purchase . We planned to go for breakfast here this morning with our small dog but unfortunately we were told that dogs weren’t allowed inside-apparently for the last 4.5 years it’s been like this? We came in October 2021 with our dog & sat inside and had a lovely breakfast….. maybe different staff members on that day? 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were offered a table outside but it’s November & really cold & there are no heaters or any cushions for the metal chairs so it would have been a very uncomfortable experience.

We were quite disappointed as the food there is lovely, however we won’t be back unless they make a bit more effort...
