I only visit because it’s roomy with plenty of seating by choice of my partner. I wouldn’t choose this Nero becausevery visit is greeted with absolutely filthy floors/seating/windows. I don’t know how the staff can work in such a disgusting environment, how is it not bothering them that the windows are caked in grease, dirt and old stickers. Totally not hygienic and I wouldn’t touch the food here knowing the staff can’t keep the place clean. There is also no organisation during behind the bar during busy periods but I think that’s generally a Nero thing in all their branches anyway. Update: the chunk of cake smeared on the window (yes an actual chunk of cake hanging off the window) from 3 weeks ago is still there. How does this not bother the staff who have to look at it every day?!
**Edit to say this is my first visit in 3 months and the windows still have the same smears and grime that it had months ago. The staff are too busy chatting about their...

The most important thing in any coffee shop is the coffee itself, and this place gets it absolutely right every single time. Their coffee is consistently excellent, made with care and skill.
👏🏼👏🏼 A special shoutout to Armu, the barista, who is a true legend. 🌟 His welcoming attitude, friendly energy, and passion for making great coffee really stand out. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it makes every visit a pleasure.
The café has a cosy, relaxed atmosphere with comfortable seating, a cute bookshelf to browse while enjoying your drink, and window seats with a lovely view of Weybridge High Street, perfect for people-watching or working quietly.
Highly recommend stopping by if you appreciate great coffee, warm service, and a calm place to sit and recharge in Weybridge. Thank you, Armu, and the team, for making each visit feel...
Read moreAbsolutely appalling food and service. I went in at 5:30PM when the closing time is 6PM. I order an iced latte and a cake. The cashier asked me if I want it “to go” or “dine in.” I said dine in. He said he can only do it as to go as it’s 30 mins till closing. I said ok. I then said I would like a sausage roll as well. The cashier said hot or cold? I said hot please. The cashier said sorry we can only do cold, because we are closing soon. I was like, what? Are you taking the mickey out of me? Why did you have to fake asking twice when there was no choice for me at all????? He then said it’s standard procedure to ask. I was like: no standard procedure would be saying “sorry we can only do cold now - would that be ok?” Who taught him to be toying with...
