Café Enzo — Restaurant in Elmbridge

The kids wanted a cafe cooked breakfast so we chose enzos. We ordered, my son and I had 2 cooked breakfasts and my daughter pancakes. It took so long. 45 minutes they brought out my daughters pancakes. I was shocked. Store bought and not made in house. Microwaved and smothered in chocolate to hide the taste. I complained and they should I should of asked if they were fresh. I said well "we've come out to eat so it needs to be fresh and we're not paying for store bought food." I then got really rude treatmeat from both the boy waiter and cafe manager. We paid for what we had and left. My daughter got a stomach ache when we got home. Not happy and will not go back. Please be wary of this cafe with your kids. I have recommended to all my friends, family and work colleagues to stay away!!! I mean how hard is to make fresh americab pancakes. I make them home made at home AND ITS SO EASY!!!!! LAZY...

UPDATED REVIEW: 5 BIG STARS this place deserves to be here for a very long time! They now placed a nappy change station in the bathroom, showing excellent customer service, staff is always polite, friendly, professional and food always delizioso!! DELICIOUS AND WELL ORGANISED! WELL DONE!

I love this little cafe! The food is always delicious and the portion of pasta are generous! It's a good deal quality/price. I suggest adding hezelnut and caramel syrup in your hot chocolate, try the pollo milanese, healthy smoothie and what lovely fruit pancakes I had!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Popped in here lunch time today for a quick bite with my Aunt. It was just after 12 and was buzzing. Were attended to promptly and politely. I had the warm goats cheese salad and it was THE BEST I’ve had. Loads of warm cheese with enough balsamic to dress the leaves to perfection and the roasted vegetables were soft, sweet and delicious. My aunt had the spaghetti bolognese, and it was a huge portion of perfectly cooked pasta with a rich, warming tomato sauce. We shared chips and garlic bread and they too were 10/10. Was so good I ordered a baguette to take away for my son, which he loved also. Was clean, vibrant and service was impeccable! Will definitely be going back! Thanks...
