Odd atmosphere for a Friday. Staff in the main ok but Landlady / Manager really rude. Wouldn’t recommend. Used to be good - not anymore

This is a local, how pubs used to be; where you walk in and the conversations stop for a few seconds as everyone eyes you up and down!

It looks a bit run down when you walk in, but we decided to give the food a try. Both the Mexican burger, and the fish and chips were really nice and came with a lot of chips.

5 star, because it is what it is, and the food was actually nice. Worth a try if you're bored of...

I'm assuming they did food inside and but they had an outside kitchen but I didn't eat to can't score food. Nice pub nice size with outside seating front and back can imagine in the summer it's a lively place service was ok well staffed with a good selection, but the bar is very small so can imagine service slowing down when busy. That said good atmosphere and a nice time would...
