Worst ever burger I had in KFC. Came here just a while ago so hungry and sleepy. I had to decide to go either with KFC or MacDonald. I thought I would go for kfc cause I had not had it for a while. Ordered the zinger burger. They lady at the counter gave me the order in 30 sec. I took the order and start to eat at the table. I ate the chips first which was not fresh but not too cold to to be honest. But once I ate the burger I felt the burger was too cold and it should have been there for a long time. I tired eating more thinking it would be alright because I normally don't complain for food. But this burger was too much. I couldn't eat at all. So I went to the till to talk to the lady and said to her and showed the burger was too cold and hard. She kept on saying you have ate already. And it's nearly half of the burger which was not the case. I said that it ok I don't want the burger or any refund of the money but you should not give such burgers to any customer. Being a KFC brand she should know that they have a high standard to maintain. I am sure she must understand that. She kept saying you have already eaten nearly half. All I wanted to hear from her was to say sorry the burger was cold but she can't change it because I have ate the burger nearly half. I would have understood if she said something like that. But instead she kept arguing why I did not came back after the first bite. I told her that I am not a guy who makes complain for food, your not listening to me and understanding my point. She was so annoying and rude to me. Never had such experience in KFC. So I asked her if I could talk to the manger. And the next thing even blew my mind. She said I am the manger talk to me what's your problem. I was so disappointed shocked by her attitude and her way to talk to customer. Her name was rochheell apparently she was not the manger, she was just a team leader which I could clearly see it on her name batch. I have had KFC in many palaces in and out of this country but never had such an experience and come across such rude staff. If she has just said sorry. I would have walked away saying it ok. Cause sometimes we as humans make mistakes. But to hear what she said was so surprisng and shocking. I hope the manager of KFC train Thier staff how to provide and better customer service. Especially at this Cobham services KFC. I am never coming and buying anything from this particular store. I should have chosen mac. I regret because it wasted my money and more importantly my feelings got hurt cause I think she treated me...

We ordered hot spicy wings with some other stuff and when order arrives what we have seen while eating we found a HAIR in it. As a brand like KFC this is not acceptable, it's really disgusting. We love to go to KFC most of the time but I think from this time we never want to go any KFC now. For hygiene is should be rated 0 . And our experience is very much disappointing here. I want to speak to the manager there, but the lady staff she said that the manager is on holiday today, so not able to speak with the manager there. The two lady prabjot and sreeja is good while serving in front , managing there but I guess this should be a work of kitchen staff they should be very careful while preparing things.
