I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received at cobham services. I visited your store today to order a drink, and unfortunately, I was refused service by the barista on duty.
When I approached the counter to order my drink, the barista informed me that they didn't have the time to make my drink and couldn't be bothered to do so. I was shocked and taken aback by this response. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the service that I am entitled to.
I found the behavior of the barista to be completely unacceptable. It is not only rude, but it is also unprofessional and goes against the values that Starbucks claims to uphold. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and consideration, regardless of how busy the store may be.
I would like to request that appropriate action is taken to ensure that this does not happen again to me or any other customer at any of your stores. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that I can continue to enjoy the high-quality drinks and service that Starbucks is known...

That's not cream, just pure froth. I then finally got past the froth, only to take a very weak and partially sweet drink. I gave it a stir, but that only made it taste worse. Read moreJust wanted to say a huge well done to the lovely girl who served me today! She was talkative, friendly and provided great service! It was exceptionally busy and one customer was being incredibly rude and started having a go at the staff as her drink was made wrong (it was a serious overreaction) to which the lovely girl that served me calmly dealt with the issue and reminded the customer that we are all human and mistakes happen and that she would happily fix it. I was seriously impressed with how she took control of the problem with such a nasty difficult customer. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner and I really commend how she managed it. And better yet my caramel oatmilk latte...
