Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Elmbridge

A brand new branch opposite Waitrose. Very clean and smart. Empty but smart, but already their filter coffee machine is 'broken' so I'm offered an americano at twice the cost. I frequent Starbucks most mornings in various locations and always order the same breakfast, however it never ceases to amaze me how many filter machines are 'broken' or 'out of service' despite still being used for hot water. Today was a new excuse. We're not doing filter coffee. When challenged I got something about not enough customers. I know that Starbucks makes money from a jug of filter coffee, even if only one cup is sold from a pot. Well I'll be sticking to Costas when in Weybridge...

Dirty, old and slow service

I can appreciate this Starbucks has been in Weybridge for as long as I can remember but it is poorly kept and simply dirty: floor is sticky, couches dusty and with staines, even the counter looks dirty.

The menu doesn't list all products (frapucinnos for example) and the cake selection was the sorriest I saw in a long time, in fact not sure you could call them "cakes".

I waited for what seemed like 10 min for a lady to put an order through even though there were 2 people serving. In the end I gave up..and unlikely I will return...

Excellent service. As a disabled customer I will frequently struggle taking my order to a table, (as Starbucks & other similar outlets on the High Street take your order & payment at one point and then make your drink at another point and you then take your order to where you wish to sit) however the person who took my order was excellent very professional and helpful and informed me that if I would like to go and take a seat she would bring my coffee over to me as soon as...
