I love a curry. What's more is when I think of curry I think of Amir. My go to order is Chicken Madras pilau rice and keema naan.
The chap who waits on us is always smiling and has been there for 25 years he told me once, he has a great manor and always shakes my hand and thanks me for visiting. Amir is a true Gem of Binfield and deserves to be more busy that it is.
I have also had a read of some of the pathetic 1* reviews that other folk have left regarding delivery - It's down to Just Eat to have a driver that delivers food on time and not the restaurant themselves. I wouldn't let them taint your view of this place.
£13 is NOT bad for a curry at all its cheaper and taste better in my opinion of a lot of other rubbish available...
Read moreOur party of 2 had appetisers and mains, and whilst the appetisers were fine, the mains were dreadful. The descriptions on the menu did not seem to match the reality of what we were served. The duck dish served did not mention that fact that it was smoked anywhere in the description, and yet tasted like an Ash tray. The lamb dish came out tasting sweet, with coconut as the feature flavour, despite the description mentioning tomato and peppers.
Perhaps we were served the wrong food, or perhaps their menu needs a drastic rewrite. Whatever the case, avoid this place until...
Read moreHave been a Customer for over 20 years but as of late the last few deliveries I have had have been well below the usual standard. Tonight unfortunately will be the last time I use amir, chicken was well undercooked and the whole meal ended up in the bin! Phoned up to complain and they gave me an £8 refund out of a £35 meal.
5 months later Have also just seen they have deleted the photo of the hideous meal I had, checked this after seeing another long term customer had an inedible meal, hopefully he didn’t receive the disgusting phone...
