Used this cafe for breakfast whilst staying in Grays. It's really nice to find something that isn't a massive chain and serves down-to-earth food and drink. The prices are reasonable for this day and age and there is a small menu offering the classics people would typically want for their breakfast, lunch and maybe even dinner.
I had a Full English which was great value and I appreciate that the eggs especially were cooked perfectly, not greasy or under/over done. All of it hit the spot perfectly and it's nice they serve plunger coffee. Plenty of sitting places with a nice relaxed atmosphere, I can imagine the community makes good use of this place.
