Aros Kitchen — Restaurant in England

3.5 stars out of 5 After seeing Aros online we thought to have a try so here's our honest review . When waiting for my order I noticed a wall with lots of damp/mould which needs to be sorted.We opted for the meat lovers box and 2 cans which came to £21.25 and was reasonable Fed 2 of us(was on offer).The lamb chops were tasty with nice flavours however not much meat on them.Chicken was good and tender. Steak was chewy and dry . Potatoes were good . Rice was delicious with mixed veg and seasoning. Mac and cheese was a huge let down , really soft boiled pasta with not much cheese at all.Would of been nice to have a nice coating of sauce over it all aswell.Overall we thought it was decent for the money with some small bits being a let down. A little more attention to detail would make this place amazing so close to being a top tier takeout . Worth a try if your...

Ordered food off the website an hour before they closed. Paid for delivery and received an order confirmation. I called the shop in Warrington as I’d heard nothing and it was getting close to closing time.

Apparently they hadn’t seen my order and can’t fulfill it. The offer of free drinks next time doesn’t really stop me being hungry. This is really poor service. I’ve yet to see a refund, but they’ll be big trouble if I don’t. What’s disappointing is I really enjoy the food. It’s just a pity that it’s not turned up.

Aros, you need to up your game! How can you confirm an order and not fulfill it?

Sad to say I can’t recommend these guys. They’ve hardly gone out of their way to resolve the issue either.

1st time trying here and Aros appealed as its a little different. The Steak burrito was really nice as were the wings. The meat lovers box...lamb was really good as we're the potato's and steak. The rice and mac n cheese were a bit bland for my liking however and the chicken was dry. Overall was an enjoyable meal but will tweet my order next time. 1 thing that bugged me...the paper lining on the tray...please leave out, its in the way and breaks up in the food...not pleasant.
