Bengal Brasserie — Restaurant in England

I never leave reviews but tonight was quite something else. We ordered and live in Holme-On-Spalding-Moor so drove to pick up. We checked the order as last year we got home with one less curry than we had ordered and paid for. We realised we were a naan bread short so had to go back in to get that. Got home and saw we had 2 incorrect meals, so called and asked them to make the right meals and we would come and get them. We were perfectly pleasant even though it meant we were no longer eating together on Christmas eve. They asked us to bring the other food back to which I said was a bit gross as it would have been like approaching an hour since it had been cooked and other than reselling it why would they need it back? When we got back to pick up the correct order they tried to charge us in full for the replacement food and when we said no he said my husband was trying to act like 'a tough man not paying for his food'. I actually can't quite believe how incredibly rude they were after messing up twice already in the order. Won't be eating here again and I never write reviews but frankly they...

I'm rather upset as ive been going here for years. I rang in the order (which I had written down in front of me as always). Collected and paid for get home to realise the order is wrong and missing items. I ring up to be told I'm the one that's wrong while he proceeds to raise his voice louder and louder over me while I'm trying to find out whats gone wrong. For him to then admit he was at fault and make no attempt to fix the problem . For £50 i would expect my order to be correct or at least them offer to rectify the problem. I do not expect to be shouted at over the phone for you to then realise you were wrong.100% will not be...

Very disappointed. Service very slow not Knowledge of food served. Order my veg curry serve phall, wasn't spicy at all, took back kitchen and wait a long time need to eat alone as my partner finish his small portion, still wasn't phall spicy . In his mix of meat and prawns, just one prawn not fresh one. Starter horrible. Tiger prawns not fresh batter not cooked properly, very small portion, very dissatisfied, not Indian at all....
