Bewiched Coffee Higham Ferrers — Restaurant in England

I use higham ferrers be bewitched every day and the staff .( Aga. halle .Chloe . Calum Maddie ) And all the rest . forgot names .sorry but the staff are wonderful Xtremly friendly and helpful to all customers.the atmosphere is so much like being at home .the service is the best .a Realy friendly place to visit ..........The best staff and coffee July 2024 The staff today( Hallie..and the lovely Florence are excellent they are very helpful and they look after you .they are very pleasant and greet you with a big smile and a hello how are you ..they make you feel at home. I always love going into bewitched higham ferrers every day . This is the lovely Hallie and Florence service with a smile.................walked in to bewitched higham ferrers shop today Friday 9 th ..the staff had a lovely smile and a warm friendly greeting As they always do for me and every other customer,my coffee was served to me by the lovely Florence. ..what a job she did (pic)...also the lovely AGA.was her happy smiling self and always greets her customer like family.your always made to feel at home.the surroundings are timeless .the food and the coffees are wonderful, always just perfect .who ever is working on shift keeps the place spotless and clean .the staff work hard and never stop .I give the higham ferrers staff and shop 10/10 for everything . My favourite place to go ..... Tuesday 13th my usual trip to higham ferrers bewitched.the said as usual always smiling and warm welcome ..the staff always make time to chat to you ..love going in every day ..keep cool in this heat lady's ..have a good day ...sat17th. visit to my favourite place.the girls as always,having a laugh. my mocha was perfect as usual .Chloe made it this time , just perfect ..thank you girls I went a way with a smile as I always do from bewitched higham ferrers. ...hi folks ..sorry its been a while with christmas and being a carer for my dad . Its been a bit busy.. all of the staff are wonderfull the coffee is the best .the feeling of being made feel homely and very welcome .you don't find that anywhere like bewitched .higham ferrers and its so frendly .i am a carer ( unpaid.) For my dad (83) i am usualy at bewitched in the morning for an hour ..if we have any other carer in the area please pop on would like to start a carers chat group in the area..? Thursdays from 10 .am...

I visited the shop recently and left not wanting to return. I’m a mother of a young baby girl and once placing my order for a cold coffee and paying for the beverage, I unloaded the bags of shopping on the armchairs to then prepare to breastfeed. Once I was called up to collect my drink, I did so and on the way back to the table, admittedly through no fault of the servers, trying to juggle a baby breastfeeding under a muslin and walking back, the drink’s lid slipped and the contents emptied over the floor. I profusely apologised, the servers were quick to clean up the mess, and asked ( I thought kindly) if I wanted a replacement. I said yes, to which they then made another coffee. I will add it wasn’t a fancy order, just a cold americano. Once I had finished the drink and breastfeeding my little one, I got up to leave, caught the eye of the server and smiled, and said sorry again. She promptly walked over to the till, and proceeded to process another payment for a second coffee, and asked me to pay.

I understand this is a business, but was shocked that seeing a struggling mother of a small baby, a kind goodwill gesture of simple coffee wasn’t offered. what should have been a treat turned into a nearly £8 visit. I won’t...

Excellent & friendly service - Bewitched Coffee is a calm coffee shop along Higham high street with hot drinks, milkshakes & food. The store is spacious with seating for single, couple or group sizes. There is a small ramp to get into the store. The store has a restroom, which is a good thing if you plan on working in here for a while. It also welcomes pets which is a plus when I’ve walked my dog!

It’s clear that the store is following COVID guidelines stringently as there’s lots of new measures in place which has definitely made trips feel comfortable knowing that Bewitched meets cleanliness standards.

On a more personal note, since it’s reopened it’s been a lifeline for me to talk with the shops friendly staff & take a break from work. It’s a really nice atmosphere in here & a welcome break from lockdown in my house.
