We come to this Starbucks because it's relatively quiet, easy to get to and has plenty of parking.
The downside is the food/ drink. They are often out of a lot of things. There isn't a great selection of gluten free food either, often you're lucky if you can get anything that's gluten free because the few products they have sell quickly.
Same with de-caffeinated drinks, often your lucky if you can get anything decaf that isn't water because it's sold out.

Horrible, I think they must have forgotten the syrup but basically it tasted like crushed ice with some cream. I would have taken it back but was already too far away to turn around. The saving grace is that the flustered, flummoxed and clearly under-trained staff were friendly and polite.
