Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

We come to this Starbucks because it's relatively quiet, easy to get to and has plenty of parking.

The downside is the food/ drink. They are often out of a lot of things. There isn't a great selection of gluten free food either, often you're lucky if you can get anything that's gluten free because the few products they have sell quickly.

Same with de-caffeinated drinks, often your lucky if you can get anything decaf that isn't water because it's sold out.

I just bought two strawberry and cream frappucinos through the drive through for £12. When I started drinking it, it was absolutely tasteless. Horrible, I think they must have forgotten the syrup but basically it tasted like crushed ice with some cream. I would have taken it back but was already too far away to turn around. Complete waste of money, they are in the bin. I can't comment on the atmosphere but the service was good. It's just a shame that the product was...

Do you like the absence of your favourite menu items? Do you like long wait times? If you answered yes to one o both of these questions, then this is the place for you. The saving grace is that the flustered, flummoxed and clearly under-trained staff were friendly and polite. I don't think this is the vision of the coffee shop Mr Starbuck had when he opened the first one with that mermaid in atlantis. Or Seattle....
