Bombay Street food — Restaurant in England

Really disappointed this evening, I have eaten here many times and always loved the place. Tonight was the first time I ordered through just eat as the delivery was quoted at half an hour. (Pani puri, hariyali chicken, chip butty and 2 cans of tango). Around 90 minutes after ordering the restaurant called to say my food had been ready for some time but there were no drivers. I offered to come pick it up, they told me to cancel the order and pay cash on arrival. Upon arriving around 2 hours after ordering it became clear them accepting the just eat order was a mistake due to the lack of drivers. They offered to make a fresh chip butty and swapped the pani as they were soggy. I was so hungry I just waited for the food, paid and left. When I got home the hariyali chicken and chips were stone cold and it also dawned on me that I was charged the full just eat price including delivery, service charge, inflated food prices and even the driver tip £23.26 for what should have been £15 worth of food, it’s an absolute joke. I really like the food (when it’s not been sat for a couple of hours) but tonight has put me off. And to round the night off Just Eat still charged me for the food...

Went to this place for the first time. It's a lovely cosy place. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming even when they are busy. They have an excellent sense of customer service.

You can usually tell that you're in for a treat when the place is full of customers either eating, placing orders or collecting orders.

This place has got good vibes to it. The decor is great. The food is prepared to order. The dishes look visually stunning and appetizing as staff bring food to customers!

I ordered a Bombay sandwich which is very satisfying. Spicy potato, melted cheese, tomatoes sandwiched between toasted bread with spicy sauce. I highly recommend it.

I also got their pizza, which the kids loved.

The prices are very reasonable.

My first time trying this place and I brought lot of food as I was starving and when I'm starving ill buy more then I can eat. BSF did not disappoint at all, mouth watering flavors, right temperature and spot on spice level. When I got home with food, family said they dint want to eat but aroma of the food, they ran into kitchen to grab plates 😢. Portion size was good so I shared 💔. Food was so good that even though I was full, I kept at it and had to stop when I know I would explode. Normally after feeling full, food becomes not so nice but not BSF, I kept going at it. My first experience was 10/10 with food and 10/10 for service. Will definitely be returning back sooner then I think. Keep up the good work guys, you doing great....
