Worse Of the worse take way experiences I've ever had.

I once made a order where they missed out items from the order, and had immense trouble just finding my house. After I made a complaint the manager offer me 2 items to make up for the mistake

When I went to order again and make my claim, I soon received a phone call saying The boss wasn't around, no one can honor the arrangement. and then saying I was harsh in my review in the first place. so I just cancelled my order.

I'll won't be ordering from a restaurant that misses out items, promises to make it up to you and then goes back on their word.

plenty other Peri Peri places around Luton, better give this one a miss.

First & Last Time

I though I'd give this place a try as I fancied a pizza and they seemed to have good reviews.

I called up to order a pizza for collection as the reviews for delivery didn't seem too great. The person who took my phone order sounded distracted and was rushing me off the phone (Red Flag)

I ordered a Tandori Hot however when I returned home I discovered there were no chillis despite the person who took the order confirming that the pizza would have chilis!?

The pizza dough tasted fresh and hot however the pizza it was incredibly tasteless, maybe the ingredients weren't fresh, who knows ?

Absolutely appalled by their drivers behaviour. He had plenty of space to manoeuvre his car around mine but abruptly asked me to move. He wasn't even leaving to deliver. He was adamant I must move the vehicle immediately. He went back into the shop and started swearing while I had my nephew with me. He remained in the shop waiting around for food to deliver. I left before him. So what was all the fuss about. I would not step into that shop again. The serving staff were kind and respectful. Their driver seems to have mental health issues. My nephew was petrified by his behaviour. I don't want to give any star! But it won't allow...
