Burger King — Restaurant in England

Very rude member of staff at Wetherby services .When I had to go back in to say 2 fries were missing from Whopper meal takeaway. Asked me to go back out and bring bag in to prove it! Does he know there's a virus around and a large queue to get in to the services.....and what would that prove, I could've easily left the fries with my husband!! I know it was busy but that wasn't my fault. As if I would lie over a piddling bag of fries but my husband and I was very hungry!! Said male member of staff seemed to be in authority and repeated twice I had no proof (not wearing a t-shirt and had bunch of keys hanging so if he was a manager doubly shocking!! ) He also said my order was 10 minutes so I guess he thought plenty time to have eaten it , but that's when it was ordered, took at least 10 minutes to process it!! First time travelling since Feb and first time having a burger!! Often stop at Wetherby on way to Cambridge but will certainly not buy from the Burger King again! Nice lady at door was very kind when I spoke to her about it and she apologized(she normally works in the office) but clearly not her fault. Well it’s been a year since I stopped at this Burger King where I had a really disappointing whopper experience, you’ll find it on here somewhere. I mean it was the worst whooper I’d ever had. Well I thought may be they have improved and the truth is they had, I would say they’ve gone from zero stars to 1 and that’s being good. At least the burger looked like it had been put together with minuscule of care. The patty though still micro thin to cook quickly, and still not hot. I mean this place still holds to me the worst whooper in the UK. Shame. I mean it didn’t even taste like a whooper burger should. Where is that beefy flame grill flavor? Truly disgracefully run unit, first impression initially was they were staffed to the hilt, literally waiting for our order to go through, 5 mins later it was getting busy and beyond the capability of the illtrained staff. Bare in mind we were first in and many people came and went after us, the coffee was freezing!
