KFC Wetherby - A1M Services — Restaurant in England

If I could give this abomination of an outlet zero stars or a minus I would do! Stopped for a quick break on the way to Scotland and was waiting 50 minutes for a child's order of popcorn chicken, fries, and a drink.... the outlet is serviced by kids who are being inundated with customer complaints about the delays and missing orders and poor food quality. The manager preferred to stand to the side and let the poor kids take the flak as she was having to deal with refunds and food exchanges. The best idea would have been to close the outlet to catch up or reorganise. My best advice and I have reviewed thousands of venues is DO NOT BOTHER! There are plenty of other absolutely ideal venues on site to feed you, Chow Asian chicken was lovely and with no queues at burger King it is clearly a poorly managed outlet for KFC and its only achievement is to damage...

Probably the worst experience at a KFC I have ever had.

There were various items missing from the menu that were still able to be ordered, which meant you just had missing items and no explanation until complaining. The main item that was missing was chicken, which would surely be worth mentioning at a KFC? Maybe a sign saying "no chicken left" would save customers from getting frustrated with you.

Wait times were through the roof, it was painfully slow and just embarrassing to watch. It's called fast food for a reason, I only had a small order... It is worth noting that this was not a temporary increase in wait time and was observed throughout the duration of my visit, from sitting down through to finishing my food and setting off to my now delayed journey.

Poor value and not a good experience, just go...

What a shame Google doesn't offer zero-star reviews. Shockingly slow service, tried to get a refund after 20+ minutes of waiting and discovering some people had been waiting 40+ minutes for their orders, but the server (once we'd managed to grab his attention) shrugged and said they "couldn't do that" so we left. Complained online about losing a £13 meal only to be offered a £10 goodwill voucher, and after many more emails I'm told to go back to the same place and ask for a refund there - after I'd explained they'd told me they couldn't do refunds! Terrible service for a multinational company. I don't use KFC normally, I think this was literally the third time ever, and needless to say the voucher will go unused as if this is how they treat customers, then they can keep their food!
