Greggs — Restaurant in England

Consider this a complaint. Went in just now. Stood for quite a while as there was only one person serving. A lady member of staff walked by the line of people waiting and went in the back. I presume she thought she was too good to serve customers? Turns out all the bakes at this time are stone cold. I walked back in when I discovered this and the boy told me 'theres a microwave in the main building' I left it. I wouldn't mind a refund please Gregg's? I didn't have time to...

Probably the slowest Greggs you will ever go to! Always a queue out of the door, 3 young members of staff behind counter, only 1 serving, 1 filling coffee machines and the other using the ovens, no manager so be seen, when using other Greggs at services like M62 Birch Westbound the staff are so fast, 2 serving on tills while 2 makes the bacon sandwiches and drinks, come on Wetherby get your act together!! Losing so much custom as people see the queue...

Visited here last night on my journey for something to eat; barely anything on the shelves, except for crisps and cold drinks. The staff were rude and impatient, and asked what we wanted, considering there was nothing left anyway. The only option was a cold slice of margarita pizza, and I mean cold.
