Chow Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in England

Popped in for the usual chicken katsu curry and it was beautiful. I added some chicken gyoza and my partner had pumpkin katsu with vegetable gyoza, both with rice. So tasty and filling. You can’t go wrong because it’s never busy at Chow, other places at Wetherby have massive queues which is just annoying when you just want to sit down and eat after your journey. The staff are nice and serve you quick. Finding a table at peak times isn’t a problem because there’s seating inside and out, with screens to separate and dedicated table staff to help. The tables are cleaned and just pop your rubbish in the bin when you’re done. The trace app QR code is on the table to snap, if you stay beyond 15 minutes and there are several hand gel terminals around the site. This was dinner time, around 6pm. Ordered the Katsu curry with rice, it was steaming hot and tasted great! Good portion size too (picked the large one). My partner got the teriyaki chicken with noodles, he said the chicken tasted a bit like it had been out there all day (and I agree). It was also somewhat cold. We also got a boxed sushi. Once again a disappointing experience. Not sure why the service centers in uk are such a mess.

Decent place with enough seating but certainly short staff and all other chains at this service Center had long lines at 2030 hrs. All kids working at this joint and One person serving . 10-20 min wait. Their regular box is 8£ with with a Drink n prawn cracker. Good taste pathetic. Extremely salty and sugary. Sushi box 7£.
