Having never eaten at any fast food outlet before - I sought help from a young lady on the counter . With the images on the screens and the size of the portions - I felt a little child-like Excitement. My hopes were dashed when I got back to my room after receiving my order.
Bun was dry and powdery , burger patty was Cold and lacked any taste that screens alluded . Onions rings were Cold , Processed mush and lacked crunch , freshness and mouth watering experience you get from real onion rings .
The loaded fries were Stone Cold, squashed and appeared to have been cooked hours earlier , and left somewhere keeping warm . The cheese sauce seemed artificial ( made from powdered reconstituted sauce mix ), bacon bits also leaning on the overly processed from ( lacking any resemblance of crispy bacon ).
Overall a throughly disappointing first fast food experience.
Staff were friendly and helpful when helping me chose the meals I ordered , but don’t let your eyes and appetite be drawn in by these large screens depicting plump, overly-full , generous portions - it’s all a ploy to part you with your money for substandard “food”.

Read moreIf.i could score 0 I would on way back up the road from being at My head office we pulled into order some food didn't actually notice it closed at 8 so pulled over about 7.45 was in the process off ordering when I realised I left my card in car so my colleague proceed his 9rder he was just finished when I had to wait for another customer to place his order .. then I was half way through ordering and the machine stopped working.. asked the lady as tills and she said we turn then off a 7.55 I said I was in the middle off placing my order she just shrugged her shoulder ..I asked to speak to a manager to basically though machine are switched off I said the can't be as you making the orders literly 2 seconds in from off mine.. so I was well nothing I can do .. so as I'm a manager myself I think it's disgusting behaviour .. your meant to help keep customers not turn them away so I had another 3 hours up the road without any food 5 n half hour drive I could have pulled off further up the road bit I just wanted home next time before you switch your machines off makes sure no one is using them can only imagine if it was a family ...
Read moreDecided to call in for a burger Xmas Eve. It was really quiet only a few people in. The order machine wouldn't accept my payment card so had to order directly with a member of staff. I asked for 1 burger without mayonnaise ( I can't stand mayonnaise) I also said I don't want ketchup on either. We receive our order and get home looking forward to my burger. I opened it up to see it can only be described as a sloppy mess. Absolutely plastered in mayonnaise and Ketchup. Burger king If you are going to employ staff can you ask them to listen to the customer. The place was empty and quiet there is no excuse as to why the lady did the opposite of everything I requested. Very very disappointed especially as id been ill with pnemonia and this was the first bite to eat that I so looked forward to....
