KFC Moto Scotch Corner — Restaurant in England

Run by a group of teenagers who have no interest in customer service, they run out of food in your meal deal expect you to pay the same for 3 items they've ran out of in you meal deal the food cold no chips no wings and beans paid £11.99 for a meal deal with just a cold burger with Pepsi with out the mixer so just fizzy water. It's actually very comical it's so bad, it's like going to a comedy show it's that unbelievable how awful it is. Never had service like it!!!Their mates hang around whilst they work and have no interest in the customer. Stopped off after a 4 hour drive to get basically an empty paper bag of food costing £24.00 joke!!! Who ever runs the whole services needs to drop in one evening around 9:00 pm and see it for themselves.. anyone travelling don't stop off here wait for the next services if I was you.Looking at all other reviews it seems to me the Services and KFC don't care as it seems to be promises of to do better but I think not!!!! You have not got better and it feels your happy giving a shoddy service as it doesn't get better!!! I have never been anywhere this bad EVER! It was so bad we just laughed all the way home! If you need a laugh get then have a stop on journey give you something to talk about on your way...

The seating in the place was horrendous due to dmasge and rips in all of the chairs. I think there were maybe 1 or 2 chairs out of 30, which wasn't damaged. We ordered beans with our meal as we couldn't change one of the gravys to then be told there were no beans, asked for coleslaw to be told there was none of that... we finally got corn on the cob as it was the only option. The Pepsi max we ordered they also didn't have, so we again had to choose a different option. We alsed for tomato sauce and mayonnaise to be told they had none of that either. By this point, i genuinely thought they were playing some kind of joke on us because everything we ordered or asked for they didn't have. We then asked for BBQ sauce to be told it would be 50p her sauce, which is a joke to be charged after they didn't have half of our order!! We went back up with the money to then be told... get ready for it. THEY DIDN'T HAVE BBQ SAUCE EITHER, by this point, my 5 year old son, who the sauce was for, was becoming frustrated and rightly so. My husband then said, "Just give me whatever sauces you have for my son, as this is ridiculous now." They gave him a SUPER CHARGER MAYONNAISE and SWEET CHILLI sauce, for a 5 year old! It's...

Food was disgusting! If the service was not being acknowledged, a number called and a tray shoved in my hand service, that's the best you will get, and staff turning their back on you when you realise you have food missing from your order, it shoved in your hand without a sorry Not one clean table in the whole restaurant, when I said about the tables being dirty I was given some blueroll!
