Café 119 — Restaurant in England

First time try this Cafe, last time for us!

Long story short, my friend and I waited well over an hour for the food we ordered. Having asked a couple of time, food finally arrived without the cutley and one single apology. When asked why, as it was not overly busy and certainly it was not under staff, they blame the internet, because our order submitted via scanning a QR code. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, drinks came out in approximately 10 mins but how come no food after waiting for over an hour? Given the interent issue being a geniune problem then the QR order system should have been withdrawn immediately if this's the case.

We are old enough to know things do go wrong sometimes. These things do happen, so we do understand that delay can be caused. However the real issue is the way how they deal with the problem and how they treat their customers. We all know that the customer service is vital for all sorts of businesses, and for business in hospitality industry, it is even more important. If this was the cafe I own, I'd first of all offer a very sincere apology and then I'd offer at least a complimentary drink. Saddly, reading from their body language, there wasn't even any attempt or intension to apologize.

My partner and i stopped at this café for some breakfast. Firstly, not sure if its that generation but rude costumer service, the girls working there sorry to say but it's like they have been dragged out of bed by the parents to work. Not one smile, or a welcoming hello. Manners cost nothing, well obviously for them it's too much effort

The food was awful, I ordered avocado brunch - which I not sure how you can get it wrong but they did, it's lazy cooking, it doesn't take much just to buy avocados and make you own, what they served it was like tasteless green slime over my half toasted toast.

All I can think that Nailsea has a very poor choice of cafes and they don't need to make any effort, such a shame, it's a great spot. I don't' like going to big chains like costa and coffee one, but at least you know what you are getting there.

The coffee is ok, but avoid the food. Overpriced and poor quality maybe the chef should try...

We were over charged by two pounds which is not alot but we question the price for a cup of tea and a small latte the server said it was correct but when I asked again she rudely came out an gave the £2 to my friend .then our 3rd friend arrived had a normal coffee. No problem .when we had our second cup the server gave my friend a very small cup of coffee so I took it back and asked why it was a smaller cup and she got very cross and said it was the right size foe a flat while I disagree with this she shouted threw her arm in the are and stormed off shouting what do you want so I said nothing more and said no need for the attitude. We had obviously over stayed our well come because she started staking the chair's and tables very loudly we will not be going back there shame because we used it quit alot.
