Worst matcha I’ve ever had, I paid £4.80 for a “pumpkin spice “ matcha , it is essentially just tinted milk , with zero flavour of matcha or pumpkin . I called the cafe and the man had nothing to say expect he will pass the message along to the cafe team , I did mention that the matcha was undrinkable and it was a waste of money however I was not offered a replacement drink or a refund , very disappointing customer service and drink.
