I was happy to see that the shop is now under a better quality of management The manager and his staff were very helpful and friendly always a warm welcome on arrival and the friendly atmosphere and service I was glad to see the fridge options were better than in the past I was happy to see more options especially the macaroni cheese and healthy yogurt and fruit pots good quality food for the price and I was impressed by how they dealt with checking in the folder to see if something on the menu had pepper or chilli in the ingredients as I have an allergy to both chilli and pepper And would like to say thanks for caring about customers and food allergy Overall the visit was very relaxing and will be Always returning 5 ☆review for an excellent ...

OK - but bring to buy a small Americano was a bit of a fight. Why coffee shops only seem to want to serve buckets of coffee is beyond me. Then when the coffee came they used two cups to serve it to me - so much for reducing waste. In the end I had to pay for a medium sized coffee even though I had persuaded them to sell me a small one as computer said 'no' etc. So much for putting customer needs first... Coffee is often good, but can depend too much on Barista. Tables not cleaned frequently enough and underside of many tables have disgusting chewing gum from previous customers. Cafe Nero also need to change their approach of Baristas asking multiple customers for their orders. Customers get confused... And so do the Baristas! I often get asked again because they forget. Happens at all Cafe Nero's, so must be trained in to them, but seriously...
