If you're after quick service toasted paninis, croissants and sweet slices then these guys are totally good for it. But if you are after a bigger menu selection(e.g Eggs Benedict of Bflgium Waffles), you'll have to go elsewhere. There were plenty of people coming and going, so I guess it is a local favourite. I had a latte which was not brilliant, but still better than the franchise coffee chains. Doggie friendly which is great, but not very helpful for people seeking gluten free menu items - a sum total of 3 items and nothing savoury gluten free. Check out z little deck area out the back for a bit over peace and quiet. Parking is easy just down the road, however the markets are on Wednesdays and Saturdays so you might have to walk a bit further. If I could've given this place a 4.5 star, I would have. The staff were happy and quick to serve us and we'll be back if travelling through Marlborough again.

I love this place. The building itself is just so nice, The extremely high ceilings, original details still in place. Once a bank you can still see references to its original purpose. Self service, so help yourself at the counter and wait for your name to be called. The coffee is really good, that's my go to. The Focaccia style sandwiches are delicious and they always have a good selection of cakes. They are very dog friendly, and the place is big enough to accommodate your canine pal without it bothering anyone else. Love the branding here and all the little touches. My fave when in Marlborough 😍

Worth a visit. Leaving aside the obvious question as to whether Marlborough needs yet another coffee shop, it is clear that Coffi Lab has worked miracles on the conversion of the site from high street bank to a trendy open plan hospitality venue with small rear garden. What is less clear is who is welcome - who is it for? The signs say dogs are welcome but that is about it - who is Coffi Lab? What is there USP? The coffee?, the trendy space? - clearly not the food which is a replica of everything you see at any other coffee shop. Tell us who you are! But well done - I enjoyed my first visit

What a fantastic concept and there’s no doubting why this place is so busy when the dated and dank costa next door flounders.

Excellent decor, always kept clean, fantastic food that’s not been sitting around for days after being made in a factory, the best cakes I’ve ever encountered in a coffee shop, and high quality coffee made by staff who actually listen and produce what you’ve asked for, all of who are really helpful and knowledgeable.

Good pricing, about the same as the chains but far superior quality in every single item I’ve tried

And of course, dog friendly! Who wouldn’t love going for a coffee and cake or doing some work when you can glance around and see happy pups enjoying their own little treats?

Fingers crossed you come to Caldicot, it’s a town crying out for a quality coffee shop especially with its influx of money...

A gorgeous building and a great quality interior. Love the concept of this coffee shop, you can tell the owners really care about all aspects. The coffee and toasties were lovely. The staff were polite, but very shy and the team seemed flustered and not very cohesive in the busier period. A lot of tables seemed to be missing drinks/their drinks were sat on the bar for a long time, and the staff had lost track of what was what. All things that can be improved over time! The confidence of the staff team really needs some work, one chap was lovely and very chatty, which emphasised the lack of customer service from the others. It seemed they were avoidant of any customer interaction further than just...
